Writing Updates: June 2026

Here we go with the monthly updates!

                -Last month, I was putting Etta’s Story through my writing group in chunks, and I am happy to report that we finished that draft, and I was able to complete the 2^nd draft on my writing retreat. Next step is to send the full manuscript through some online betas, but I’m just letting the draft sit and simmer for a moment before taking that step.

                -I also finished drafting another short story with Leda and Etta. It should go through my writing group at our next meeting.

                -Now my drafting project is officially the Shadow Bride—a full-length story. It is about halfway drafted already, so I hope I can finish it in just a couple months.

                -I still plan on publishing Etta’s story in Nov, and the Bonus Story a few months later.

And I think that’s all the updates I have right now! Back to work. 😉
